It is celebrated every year on November 14, which is the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India. Navratri Celebrations

Vibrant and significant Hindu festival Navratri celebrated across India and by Indian communities worldwide. The name "Navratri" literally means "Nine Nights," and it is dedicated to the worship of the goddess Durga and her nine forms (Navadurga). The festival is observed twice a year: Chaitra Navratri (March-April) and Sharad Navratri (September-October). Independence Day Celebration! SAM buzzed with patriotism as it celebrated India's 78th Independence Day! The day began with a majestic flag-hoisting ceremony, followed by a thought-provoking play that highlighted the struggles and triumphs of our freedom fighters. Our talented students showcased their skills through mesmerizing poem, speech , music and dance performances, divided into different levels, showcasing the rich cultural diversity of our nation. International Yoga Day

SAM celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm, collaborating with 200 members from the parent community and nearby societies. The event featured a comprehensive yoga session led by experienced instructors, including breathing exercises, yoga asanas, and meditation techniques. Participants of all ages and skill levels joined in, promoting health and wellness within the community. The session was a resounding success, fostering unity and well-being among attendees.
